2. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
This website integrates the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). On every page visit, the pixel records technical data (including an anonymized device identifier and the time of visit) and, if you reach out via the email, WhatsApp, or phone buttons, or sign up for updates, a "Lead" event (without transmitting the message content). This data helps us understand which of our Meta ads lead to genuine inquiries, and allows Meta to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and optimizing our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Meta processes some data in the US. For more information, including the safeguards Meta uses for international data transfers, see Meta's Data Policy. You can manage your ad preferences via Meta Ad Settings, and block the pixel from loading via your browser's own settings (e.g. tracking protection, ad blockers).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used) in server log files, as is technically standard for any website visit. This data is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the site and is not analyzed by us. More information: GitHub Privacy Statement.
4. Getting in Touch (Email & WhatsApp)
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message content) is processed solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass this data on to third parties.
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (part of the Meta group of companies). Once you leave our site via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy applies, over which we have no control. We recommend reviewing their privacy notices before use.
5. Sign-up for Updates (Formspree)
For the "stay updated" form we use the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). The email address you enter is transmitted directly to Formspree and forwarded to us from there, so we can contact you with news (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent given by actively submitting the form). 6. Chat Assistant (Chatbase)
Via the chat button you can optionally open a chat assistant provided through the service Chatbase (Chatbase Inc., USA). A connection to Chatbase is only established once you actively open the chat, and your messages are then processed there to generate a reply (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent given by actively opening the chat). 7. Links to External Sites
Our site links to external services such as Instagram (@stillandstrongyoga) and stillandstrong.de. These links only open the respective sites after you actively click them; no data is transmitted from us to these services beforehand. The respective providers are responsible for data processing on the linked sites.
8. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to request information about your stored personal data, to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted, as well as a right to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). 9. No Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
